David Benton is a Phoenix native, and he owns a home in Moon Valley. David helps his clients buy and sell property all over the metro Phoenix area. In 2012, he closed over 120 deals, ranking 57th in over 30,000 realtors licensed in Arizona. He led The Candor Team at HomeSmart, a group of real estate agents dedicated to great customer service and professionalism.
As a team leader, David focuses primarily on listings, and he has extensive experience with negotiating the best possible return for your investments. He works with a diverse group of buyers and sellers, from investors to first-time home buyers, and everyone in between. He has successfully sold homes all over the valley and has been involved in a hand full of commercial deals as well.
