David Bivins joined Logic Commercial Real Estate in 2017 as a junior associate, and will be working with the Richardson/Otter team which specializes in retail leasing.
As the son of a homebuilder, David has been around real estate development his entire life. He obtained his real estate license while attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2015. He graduated in Spring 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance, and a minor in Real Estate and Urban Economics. While studying for his degree, David participated in the UNLV Lied Institute, Real Estate Studies mentorship program gaining knowledge and insight into the commercial real estate side of investment.
