Bio
David Bradley serves as the Managing Director of Win Commercial Realty Advisors and is the President and CEO of Bradley Capital Investments, LLC. He has personally been involved in over $1 Billion of real estate transactions as a principal, broker, and managing executive in his career. As an agent with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of Florida, David was the most productive apartment building broker in Hollywood, FL and North Miami, FL before transitioning into a management position within the firm. While a manager with Marcus & Millichap, David was responsible for hiring, training, and developing commercial real estate investment advisors in both South and North Florida. He is a member of ICSC, NAIOP, and the Urban and Land Institute.
Since returning to Pennsylvania, David has worked extensively to build the commercial services platform of Win Commercial Realty Advisors. His primary focus has been to create investment opportunities for “everyday” people by utilizing self directed IRA/401K’s, individually deeded turnkey property, limited partnership syndications, and LLC entity formation for investment purposes. He oversees the training and development of the Win’s Commercial Advisors and is an active commercial broker in Western PA. He formed Bradley Capital Investments, LLC to expand his services to a wider range of clients by offering more passive investment opportunities as well as higher yield opportunities. He was the co-host of a weekly radio show in Pittsburgh on WMNY 1360 called “The Real Estate Investment Hour” and is a frequent guest speaker for investment groups around the country. David is native to Western Pennsylvania having been born and raised in Mars, PA. He is a graduate of Penn State University and now lives with his wife and son in Youngwood, PA.
