Before joining Colliers David worked for the Alliance for Downtown New York where he led the production of real estate reports, tracked data on all aspects of Lower Manhattan's commercial office, retail, hospitality, residential, and transportation/infrastructure performance, and leveraged data to advance economic development initiatives in Lower Manhattan. Prior to this role, he spent nearly three years as a Data Analysis Associate with the Center for NYC Neighborhoods where he worked to promote data-informed Superstorm Sandy recovery efforts.
