Bio
David is Bay Area native with deep ties to California. He was raised in an entrepreneurial family, which operated Exchange Linen Service throughout the greater Bay Area for over 50 years and spanned three generations.
In 2003, David began his career in commercial banking and quickly found a passion for real estate banking with roles as Construction/Bridge Loan Officer with City National Bank, Construction/Bridge/Term Loan Credit Manager and Commercial Term Loan Originator with JPMorgan Chase Bank.
David originated over $1 billion, underwritten over $1.5 billion and managed loan portfolios in excess of $1.2 billion.
