David Bunch – President of Hauger-Bunch, Inc., Realtors, a commercial/industrial and vacant land brokerage and development firm in business for 48 years. He graduated from Florida Southern College, and has lived in Lakeland 50 years. He was the developer of Lakeland Regional Industrial Park. David is certified with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors(SIOR) and holds memberships in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties(NAIOP), Greater Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, the Lakeland Economic Development Council, the Central Florida Development Council, the Bartow

David and his wife, Jean, are extremely active in civic and church affairs, including the Polk Museum of Art and Historic Lakeland, and also operate agricultural interests. They are the parents of three grown children and six grandchildren.
