Bio
Dave Carder joined Kidder Mathews in 2023 and has over 27 years of experience working with tenants and landlords to facilitate leases, acquisitions, and sales of office properties in Greater Phoenix. He has successfully completed sales and leases totaling more than 12 million square feet with a transaction volume of more than $1 billion.
Dave specializes in pro forma analysis for investments, rehabilitation projects, and new building developments. He also conducts occupancy and replacement cost analyses and sale-versus-lease comparisons to evaluate users’ future real estate needs. He utilizes market, demographic and regional data to provide his clients with the most up-to-date information concerning the real estate market locally and nationally. Over his career, he has accumulated a diverse resume of leases, investment sales, build-to-suits, speculative developments, land sales, and master-planned business park development.
Before joining Kidder Mathews, Dave served as managing director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office for six years. Prior to joining C&W, he was with CBRE where he began his career in 1996 after graduating from Stanford University.
Dave is an active member of the Scottsdale Charros and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and has served on the board of the Arizona Chapter. He is a past board member of the Phoenix Diocesan School, Life Development Institute, and Certified Commercial Investment Member’s (CCIM) Central Arizona Chapter, and past president of the Executive Council Charities.
