David has brought to the practice his expertise in asset management, property management, rent reviews and lease renewals.
David developed his skills in asset and property management at Dron & Wright, where he represented clients such as Credit Suisse and the London Fire Brigade. At the Electricity Supply Board (Ireland) he was involved in asset restructuring and disposals. At SJ Higgins his main client's were Commercial Estates Group, Buccleuch Property and Native Land. He also spent time in the property department of Blockbuster where he specialised predominately in rent reviews and lease renewals.
