David is a Partner in the Central London agency team, with over 10 years experience in the retail market, specialising in advice to both multiple and independent retailers on their shop acquisition programmes throughout London and landlords on high street leasehold disposals. David was also heavily involved in the launch of the innovative Boxpark Shoreditch at the end of 2011. Key clients now include Shaftesbury on their iconic Carnaby and Soho Villages, and the Crown Estate for their St.James's portfolio.
Due to his past experience in the London office market, David also advises several clients on office acquisitions and disposals.
