Bio
David Cason joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2013 and serves as a Leasing Agent for project leasing accounts, general brokerage and tenant representation sales and leasing. Known for his ability to structure complex transactions and for his negotiation skills, he has directed project leasing activities for office buildings ranging in size from 50,000 to 400,000 square feet and completed hundreds of lease and sales transactions.
David began his business career as a corporate District Sales Manager for Chrysler Corporation and then transitioned into real estate brokerage. He began his real estate career in Dallas with the Swearingen Company and worked with Paragon Real Estate Development Group. Prior to joining Holt Lunsford Commercial, David was Vice President of Office Leasing/Sales with Centra Partners, a local Fort Worth Real Estate Brokerage/Development company, for eleven years. In addition, he owns and manages a small residential and commercial portfolio of real estate.
David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
