David Cavalier has been a licensed Realtor for the past 30 consecutive years.
Arriving in Austin in 1999, David obtained his Texas Broker’s license and
hired as the Regional Manager and Broker of Record for eHome Realty,
own brokerage, eTexas Realty, operating successfully until 2010, when
eTexas Realty merged with the franchise Nextage Lone Star Realty. David
is now back with his own independent brokerage: Cavalier Real Estate
Group. Since David has been in Austin, he has listed and sold hundreds
of acres of farm and ranch land, has entitled hundreds of “paper” building
lots that will be developed over the next few years, has created hundreds
of new construction building lots, has listed and sold hundreds of homes,
