His passion for the field was sparked during his time as a Financial Analyst Intern while still in college, where he gained valuable experience in property analysis, market research, and acquisition.
Prior to entering the Commercial Real Estate industry, David gained over 10 years of experience in customer service roles, working in fast-food, restaurants, and fitness centers. This experience taught him the importance of understanding his clients’ needs, and he brings that same level of care and attention to his work in real estate.
David is committed to providing his clients with the highest level of service possible. He assists with all aspects of the commercial real estate process, including buying, leasing, selling, tenant representation, and everything in between. His services include showings, formal proposals, property searching, market research, gathering documents, and negotiations.
