Since 1984, David has consistently ranked in the top 10% of Phoenix brokers in the sale of large apartment communities in single and multiple property portfolios. Over the years he has represented many apartment developers and owners and has proven successful in his representation of the FDIC, Banks, and Special Servicers in the sale of multifamily properties. David has a long track record of closing difficult transactions by anticipating potential issues and developing successful strategies for overcoming problems. He has closed over 350 separate commercial transactions totaling over $400,000,000 with his typical transaction of 100 to 480 unit complexes. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, David worked as a Broker with Colliers International and Marcus & Millichap.
