David has been an entrepreneur and workhorse since he could walk. Things really took off 25 years ago when, as a high school senior, he opened his first real business - a retail wireless phone store. David has experience in start-ups and managing a variety of hospitality & real estate ventures. Passionate about hospitality is an understatement and David truly enjoys overcoming the challenges of creating and growing organizations to the best they can be.
Currently David is building & managing a portfolio of boutique hotels & vacation rental properties with a focus on repositioning distressed and underperforming assets. No amount of work can scare him away from a good opportunity.
David is also the founder of a small hospitality group that operates successful full-service restaurants & bars and is a principal of a real estate development company that just completed the $7M conversion of an abandoned church & schoolhouse into 20 luxury residences. David has developed $60M+ in residential & hospitality properties over the last 10 years with a 100% track record for success. Every project has its own set of unique obstacles and challenges, and he takes pride in coming up with solutions, no matter what it takes.
