David Doerr is an Associate Real Estate Broker with Hanna Commercial Real Estate in Buffalo, New York. Mr. Doerr came to Realty USA Commercial Division in early 2016 after a previous stint in 2011-2012. In 2016, RealtyUSA Commercial was acquired by Hanna Commercial Real Estate. Past Professional Experience Mr. Doerr’s 20-year career in real estate began at Hunt Commercial Real Estate in Buffalo in 2004 where he was until 2011. From 2012-2016 Mr. Doerr was a Director of Franchise Development for Century 21 Real Estate (Realogy Corporation). Clients Mr. Doerr has completed deals with clients in almost every category and sub-category in commercial real estate including multi-family, office, warehouse/industrial, retail, and religious/specialty/government; with an emphasis on listings for non-profit clients and redevelopment projects.
