David got his start in real estate when he was only 19 years old and built his first house from his own hand drawing. He did everything from the zoning changes, funding, land acquisition, etc. He oversaw every aspect of the build (even did 80% of the work himself). Since then he has purchased, managed and sold numerous passive income properties in multiple states. He has also built multi-million-dollar subdivisions from start to finish. David is not scared of a challenge and will climb mountains to be successful in all that he does.
