David Duble began his real estate career in 1985 as a real estate appraiser for Chubb & Son. Located in Los Angeles, David specialized in replacement cost valuations for Chubb clients’ residential property. In 1988 David relocated to San Francisco and joined the San Francisco office of Cushman & Wakefield. Specializing in the representation of both owners and users of commercial office space, David has completed over 500 transactions totaling more than 4,000,000 square feet. He is also a1985 graduate of St. Lawrence University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and enjoys running and playing hockey in his free time.
