David Eaker is an almost lifelong resident of Rutherford County. After graduation with a Business Degree from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1980, he had a 23-year management career with Cone Mills Corporation in Rutherford County. Following the great US textile exit due to NAFTA in the early 2000’s, David began a real estate career in 2004 with Matheny Real Estate. He is a full-time broker and enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. David feels his knowledge of the area and the people here are an asset to him in working in real estate. He is a low-pressure Realtor who likes to deliver even more than promised.
