David Ergisi, CCIM, is President and CEO of Cross Regions Group, where he constantly stives to be first-in-class and making each development better than the last.
An industry leader with two decades of real estate experience, David founded Cross Regions Group in 2014 and has been guiding the company through exponential growth. Known for his integrity, strategic vision and business acumen, David’s relationships and partnerships ranging from individual clients to global multibillion-dollar organizations have provided the driving force behind Cross Regions’ success.
David’s approach has attracted international stakeholders who are investing in Northeast Florida. He has worked closely with leaders to support economic growth throughout the region, and contributed to training and job creation programs to enhance the flourishing health care sector in Northeast Florida.
Prior to founding Cross Regions Group, Ergisi worked at Colliers International, where he created and established a successful Investment Division. David’s executive real estate experience includes forming his first commercial real estate development company, Dots & Company, where he managed land acquisition, design, construction management, leasing and tenant relations. His company developed multiple retail shopping centers throughout Northeast Florida.
Following the devastating earthquakes in Turkey in February 2023, David established the Cross Regions Disaster Relief Fund, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization. The fund provides humanitarian relief aid and supports rebuilding efforts in Turkey. Cross Regions Disaster Relief Fund will continue to provide support to victims of other natural disasters in the years to come.
