David is responsible for the management of the Greenville and Spartanburg brokerage staff as well as the growth of the company’s sales, leasing, property management and project management business. As a part of these responsibilities, recruiting talent to Colliers is one of my primary responsibilities. He has 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and have been in my current role for over 10 years. David serves on Colliers | South Carolina’s statewide management group and specialize in developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans to utilize the resources of Colliers.
He assists the Greenville-Spartanburg brokerage teams, comprised of office, retail, industrial and land specialists, with strategies for achieving clients’ real estate objectives. David enjoys seeing the development of talent and growth within the company which is measured in many ways including repeat business with clients, the overall client satisfaction with their services and the growth in sophistication of the transactions that they are involved in.
