Mr. Feldman is a 7-year veteran at Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services Group providing transaction management to corporate clients. He has completed over 600 transactions throughout North America and international markets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Feldman worked in the commercial real estate industry in both tenant and landlord representation. During his tenure, Mr. Feldman’s activities included maintaining real estate portfolios, evaluating property requirements, lease analysis, and evaluating market trends. Additional experiences include financial and accounting practices while overseeing daily operations in several accounting departments.
