Dave Fiore is a Senior Managing Director for Mill Creek Residential Trust within its Northern California Division. In this capacity, Mr. Fiore is responsible for pursuing, entitling and project managing multifamily projects in Northern California.
Prior to joining Mill Creek, Mr. Fiore served as a Project Manager/Portfolio Manager for BUILD, an affiliate of BRIDGE Housing. At BUILD, he managed a $175 million portfolio for CalPERS of multifamily and mixed-use investments. In this role, he acquired, entitled and developed projects around the Bay Area, representing more than 1,000 multifamily homes.
Mr. Fiore’s experience also includes short stints for Grosvenor within its Development Team (San Francisco), and for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York within its Research and Risk Management Divisions.
Mr. Fiore received his Master of Business Administration from the University of California – Berkeley Walter A. Haas School of Business in 2008, and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Villanova University. His professional affiliations include Urban Land Institute (ULI), San Francisco Urban Research and Planning Association (SPUR), San Francisco Housing Action Coalition (SFHAC), and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
