Bio
David is an Partner in the Investment team and leads a popular and effective team. He has been an investment market specialist since mid 1985 and joined Green & Partners in 2010 from Colliers International where he was previously Head of In-Town Retail investment. He is highly experienced and is focussed on the retail, leisure and food store sectors and is directly involved in the acquisition, disposal, forward funding and appraisal of a wide variety of assets including shopping centres, ‘high street’ shops, food stores, retail warehouses, department stores and leisure parks/units throughout the UK as well as other ‘mixed-use’ projects/portfolios.
David takes particular pride in working closely and diligently with his clients as a trusted advisor and has represented a diverse selection of businesses and individuals over the last 35 years encompassing many of the major UK institutions and pension funds, property investment and development companies, high ‘net worth’ investors, family trusts and UK and overseas private equity groups. He is a member of the RICS, a qualified RICS Registered Valuer and a founding member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF).
