Since 1984, David Gordon has continually excelled in his tenant representation practice. Based on his commitment to quality and maintaining a standard of excellence in his work, David has consistently been promoted within Savills' senior management team and is currently on the Savills board of directors and compensation committee. As executive vice president of Savills' Corporate Services Group, he has successfully led this national service group to acquiring new business in some of the firm’s largest accounts. As a valuable member and a hands-on participant of the Corporate Services Group, David’s primary area of expertise is servicing corporate users with multiple facility requirements. His vast experience and knowledge allows him to integrate all disciplines the Corporate Services Group provides into one seamless service offering.
Brocade, Amgen, Microsoft, SunGard Availability Services LP, and International Paper are a few clients who have looked to David and his team to develop and implement strategies for real estate solutions for their Corporate Headquarters. His ability to implement the defined strategy for material transactions is un-matched in the industry. Recent successes include a build to suit project in San Jose, CA for Brocade, and a HQ transaction in Los Angeles for Fox Interactive Media (MySpace). He represents a broad range of clients including educational institutions, entertainment companies, biotech firms, and some of the nation’s top high-tech firms.
Activities & Achievements
David has an accomplished background within the commercial real estate industry and is one of Studley’s top performing brokers. David sits on the advisory board and is actively involved in Westcoast Sports Associates, a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving economically disadvantaged children in Southern California the opportunity to participate in sports.
