David Gunter has been a commercial real estate broker in the Dulles Corridor since 1987 and President and Principal Broker of Commercial Group Realty, Inc. since it was formed in 1993. The company specializes in the sale and lease of industrial and commercial property primarily in the Dulles Corridor. Out of the office, Dave will usually be found playing tennis or trail running his pit bull/lab mix, rescue.
