In the UK market David has been an active market leading agent since the business started. Recent transactions include the sale of 109/110 New Bond Street on behalf of Private Clients, the acquisition of a flagship store for Michael Kors and three T2 stores in California. David's clients include Clarks, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Fossil and many others.
David has run a number of business ventures in retail with Chris Dennis and is a highly knowledgeable and experienced retail property consultant. He leads from the front and is passionate about good client service and excellent advice.
David’s key clients at different stages throughout his career have included Inditex, Spoils, Tiffany & Co and more recently LVMH. His expertise extends across Europe.
He lives south of London in Haslemere with his wife and three children, two dogs and eight chickens. Outside the office he is keen on skiing, mountain biking and squash.
