A Senior Managing Director with Newmark, David F. Haugh has been a top broker in the South Bay and East Bay commercial real estate markets for more than 39 years. Since his start in 1978, he has succeeded in adding value to his clients’ real estate needs by prioritizing their interests above all else. He is also well-qualified to expedite office and industrial leasing, as well as owner/user and investment sales in the South Bay and East Bay Markets.
Prior to joining the company’s San Jose (previously Santa Clara) office in 2012, Mr. Haugh worked for 31 years with both Grubb & Ellis and Bishop Hawk.
Mr. Haugh was inducted into the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers’ Hall of Fame in 1998, an honor bestowed upon the top 3% of its professionals.
