David holds a bachelor’s in business administration and master’s in accountancy from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. David was a realtor with Crye-Leike in the Green Hills area of Nashville earlier in his real estate career and has renovated six homes over his 15+ years of real estate experience. Historic properties, both residential and commercial, overseeing large and complex renovation/restoration projects, and helping first-time home buyers are some of David's passions. Years of experience as a landlord / investor as well as owner / operator of a high-grossing Airbnb in East Nashville has rounded out David’s real estate experience.
He lives with his wife, Cindy, in a restored historic home downtown Winchester. Cindy is the owner of Winchester Counseling Center downtown. In addition to being personally invested in Winchester real estate owning 4 properties within a mile of downtown Winchester, they are both active in the local community: both David and Cindy are board members of the Animal Harbor, Cindy is a member of the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, and David is a Contributing Member to the Franklin County Historical Society.
