With more than 25 years’ experience in the retail property market, David has an extensive track record in retail agency, including a broad knowledge of the Central London market. Having worked with numerous landlords and retailers, he has a keen focus on establishing viable strategies for future performance and has been involved in leasing a number of shopping centres for some of the UK's leading landlords. David has taken a pivotal role in advising some of the country’s top multiple retailers on their acquisition and disposal strategies throughout the UK.
Prior to setting up MMX Retail, David was a Director of Savills and previously an Equity Partner of Blair Kirkman LLP. He has also worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Grant & Partners. David is a member of The British Council of Shopping Centres, The Shop Agents Society and Accessible Retail.
