David Knee is Vice Chairman at JLL, responsible for overseeing the growth of the Northeast industrial practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. He is also the Vice Chairman of JLL’s Industrial Council for the Eastern Region, and a practice leader for JLL’s 3PL vertical. He has been with JLL since November 2007.
David has 30 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining JLL, he was a Principal and Executive Vice President at Klatskin Associates, which was sold to JLL in 2007. He has extensive experience in supply chain & logistics, tenant representation and agency leasing. During his career, David has completed over 100 million SF. of sales and lease transactions valued at more than several billion dollars. In 2020 alone, he completed 21 million SF. of transactions, with a volume of $1.5 billion dollars.
He is a former secretary for the Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA). He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA).
