David's formal education in Management Information Systems together with his technical acuity and business acumen have allowed him to excel in the real estate industry.
David founded Penthouselife.com™, the largest online marketplace for penthouses around the world. The website is responsible for millions of dollars in penthouse sales including a record-breaking $21M penthouse sale at the Ritz-Carlton™, Sunny Isles Beach.
In 2011, David founded Decorus Realty and led his boutique brokerage firm with 150+ real estate agents to over $1.5B in residential, commercial, and new development sales before selling the company to ONE Sotheby's International Realty in 2020. Having developed his own multifamily project, operated his own brokerage for 10 years, brokered multimillion dollar residential and commercial transactions, and invested in real estate, David has uniquely rounded off his first-hand experience in all aspects of the real estate business and its many complexities and pitfalls.
Due to his personal market leading sales volume and his commitment to the highest ethical values, David has been inducted as a member of South Florida’s most elite broker’s association, The Master Brokers Forum and recognized by both ‘Who’s Who’ in Miami Agent Magazine and ‘People On The Move’ in the South Florida Business Journal. David has also been featured in The Real Deal, The South Florida Business Journal, Aventura Magazine, Haven Lifestyles and the duPont Registry.
In his spare time, David also serves on the Advisory Board of Realdax, a disruptive real estate software and services company.
