David (Dave) LeCavalier, CCIM is a graduate of the University of Illinois and is a licensed broker in Illinois. His experience to commercial real estate is enhanced with both a CCIM and RPA Designation.
Previously served as Vice President of Van Vlissingen and Co. for twenty-one (21) years and oversaw two corporate park projects that were both award-winning Development of the Year recipients before forming Forefront Properties LLC in 2008.
With thirty-eight (38) years of experience and over $800M in transaction volume, as the Managing Broker for Forefront, Dave continues to serve the interest of building/land owners, tenants, and investor needs primarily in the suburbs of Chicago.
Dave is also the head of acquisitions and investments for ForeFront sponsored equity participation opportunities. Having more than sixteen (16) years of sponsorship experience and reputation of integrity, creative problem solving, and strong return performance has created a sustainable vehicle to continue its value-add investment platform.
