David Maurer-Hollaender is a Vice Chairman in CBRE’s Consulting Group. David’s 25 years of experience has been highlighted by a wide variety of real estate commercial-related consulting, advisory, and acquisition and disposition assignments throughout the United States. This practice consists of exclusive representation of some of the world’s largest corporate service companies as well as institutional property owners for leasing, purchase, financing and sales.
Mr. Maurer-Hollaender has been involved in transactions with a variety of companies including Sony, as he designed, structured and implemented one of the country’s largest “off balance sheet” headquarters transaction for 1 million sq. ft. at 550 Madison Avenue, New York; Winstar Communications, in a 700,000-sq.-ft. build-to-suit campus in Reston, Virginia; True North Communications, in a 110,000-sq.-ft. lease in San Francisco; and Bankers Trust Company, in a 400,000-sq.-ft. lease in New York.
