Bio
David joined Mason Owen in 1994 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997.
He is an Associate Partner of the Practice and provides advice for a number of clients, primarily on retail premises, which include multi- tenanted properties in both town centres and retail parks. He also has experience of dealing with mixed-use retail/office buildings as well as retail/residential neighbourhood shopping centres.
Since joining he has dealt with the management of properties throughout England & Wales - from the North West region to Devon and the South coast.
