Dave is building on his first-person experience in the industry with continued education, and is a candidate for the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. On a personal level, Dave has traveled the world as an organizer and leader of scuba diving expeditions, a pastime which has also honed his skills in management, planning and human relations.
