David is a Partner in the West End office. He has an industrial /warehouse agency remit and deals with a wide range of industrial/warehouse property and sites with an extensive range of occupier and developer clients.
David covers the leasing sales and development of major warehouse facilities and multi-let schemes, along with acquisition work on behalf of developers, funds, property companies and occupiers.
In addition, he is involved in the acquisition of development sites for the same user groups across London and the South East.
Working alongside the Capital Markets team, David also provides market facing information to cover occupational agency and asset management /enhancement advice to add to their investment scenarios and pricing.
His clients include Prologis, Royal London, Aberdeen Standard, BMO, Goya Developments, Yodel, The National Theatre, Carlsberg, Christs Hospital and Travis Perkins.
