David Orkin is an Executive Vice President with CBRE in Philadelphia, specializing in Restaurant Real Estate Services. A veteran broker with more than 30 years of real-estate experience, including 25 years in the restaurant sector, David was appointed Restaurant Practice Leader for the Americas in 2016. In his role, David uses his successful track record of working with a wide variety of restaurant concepts to help CBRE build its national restaurant practice and to assist brands with developing a national strategy, facilitating regional growth, and orchestrating development opportunities. David has represented numerous fast-food, fast-casual, casual dining, polished casual, and fine-dining establishments. He has a primary focus on tenant representation, site selection, asset disposition, and leasing.
He joined CBRE in September 2013 with its acquisition of Philadelphia-based retail brokerage firm Fameco Real Estate, the region’s leading retail brokerage firm, which he had joined in 2005 as a Partner. Prior to that, David was Founder and Principal of RAS Brokerage, a specialized restaurant real estate company.
