Bromwich Hardy partner David Penn is one of the best-known and most respected faces in the Coventry and Warwickshire business world, and is a Past-President of the region’s Chamber of Commerce.
David, who joined Bromwich Hardy in 2015, specialises in commercial agency, valuations, investment disposals and acquisitions, and property development.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in commercial property and is a fellow of the RICS and a Registered Valuer. He has been twice named Property Professional of the Year in the prestigious FirstPro awards.
David’s expertise is in constant demand across the region and he is a member of Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce’s Employment Land Panel. This year he played a leading role in helping compile a major report for the Chamber into the lack of employment land provision in the region.
David''s clients include Arena Coventry, Complex Development Projects, Oakmoor Deeley, St Modwen and Hortons Estate. David has been Chair of both the Local Association of the RICS and of Coventry & Warwickshire First, and is a Director of Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce. He is also an Ambassador for the City and a Common Purpose graduate.
David has been voted FirstPro Property Professional of the Year for 2013.
