David Peterson provides commercial brokerage experience with over 30,000 sf in Office and Medical Office leased as well as $2 million in sales at SVN /HPW Commercial. As well, David brings an extensive background in construction management, land development and real estate finance.
As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and Licensed General Contractor, David has overseen shopping center construction, retail build-outs, new home construction, as well as high end residential home addition and commercial renovations throughout Southern Pines, Wilmington, Wake County and Northern Virginia. David’s knowledge and experience has grown and expanded through working with NC State University, LandCore Commercial, Bill Clark Homes, Drees Company, as well ownership of TPC Homes & TPC Contracting Services, LLC.
These opportunities, combined with a career that began in the Army, have given David the experience and skills to successfully manage onsite construction and renovation projects, cost control development and streamlining of construction operations. Additionally, this investment of time, building and remodeling 100’s of beautiful residential homes, rezoning and development of commercial land, and contracting commercial renovations, including managing renovations on NC State University campus, has strengthened David’s ability to effectively complete projects of any scale, and better understand the needs of his clients.
