Bio
David is a native of Falls Church, Virginia, right outside of Washington, D.C. He came to Denver in 2010 in search of the outdoor lifestyle and the call of the west, while studying Geography at CU Denver. In his free time, he is an avid rock climber, bike rider, and sailor.
David began his real estate career in 2015 with a boutique residential firm in Cherry Creek. He transitioned into Commercial Real estate in 2017 with a focus on developing a people-centric approach to building sales and development as well as representing clients in leasing space.
With Denver’s recent growth trend, a bulk of David’s business has evolved into helping developers (local and institutional alike) target and acquire large land sects for new builds in the Denver region. This included assembling 1 acre in Denver’s RiNo’s neighborhood for a national development group out of Houston.
David brings value through market knowledge, industry experience, and his relationships to best help his clients’ wants and needs. He has provided a full cache of services to clients on a local and national basis including strategic planning, financial analysis and lease negotiation for tenants and landlords alike.
Over the last 5 years, David has begun building an investment portfolio here in Colorado- buying rental properties, wholesaling land opportunities, as well as building a residential management company. In the future, he plans to venture out of state into other growing markets to replicate his Colorado model.
