David currently provides oversight for a local team of 32 professionals managing a portfolio consisting of approximately 10 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties for 27 clients in the Salt Lake City Market. As an Associate Director he is responsible for providing support and direction in the day-to-day management, operations, building and tenant improvements, project management, vendor contract management and strategic planning of real estate assets. This CBRE team partners with its clients to deliver “best-in-class” property management service.
David has worked in property management in Salt Lake City for 20 years. During that time, he has managed a variety of properties, including high-rise office buildings, mid-rise historic buildings and a regional mall, as well as overseeing a multi-family portfolio. David has performed expense benchmarking studies on a number of properties and has had great success in expense-control projects. He brings extensive experience in construction and project management, and has participated in large, new construction projects as well as managed office and retail tenant improvements. David has also specialized in management of core and strategic assets for national institutional investors and REITs.
