David Sabbagh is a Retail Leasing Specialist at KSR, graduating from Baruch College in 2018. Since joining KSR in the summer of 2017, David has leased over 45,000 Square Feet of retail space in the New York Metropolitan Area. His primary focus is the outer boroughs of New York. David started his career in real estate through a high school internship at Abeco Management, where he was able to learn about the construction process. He then joined Eastern Consolidated while still a student at Baruch College, working on power broker Adelaide Polsinelli’s investment sales team. In that capacity, he analyzed numerous deals with other agents on the team and drafted property setups for current listings.
