Bio
David leads all aspects of Trinity’s leasing portfolio across Canada and our team of leasing professionals in driving value and delivering premium retail and office space to our tenants. He plays a significant role in managing relationships with partners and tenants, lease negotiations and transactions, design and development of future retail spaces, and maintaining a strong marketing program.
Prior to joining Trinity, David served as Director, Real Estate at Dream Unlimited, responsible for the urban Toronto portfolio. He was instrumental in bringing an enhanced retail offering to the newly developed Canary District including Marcheleo’s grocery store. Earlier in his career, David managed a portfolio of shopping centres located in the GTA & Ottawa at Choice Properties REIT.
