David joined the TSP team in December 2015 with over 6 years’ experience having previously worked in the agency departments for both Goodsir Commercial & CF Commercial, as well as proving strategic advice on distressed property assets to a range of financial institutions at Grant Thornton UK LLP. He graduated from Oxford Brookes in 2009 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
David advises TSP’s clients in all aspects of agency and professional work, with a focus on acquisitions and disposals. He has completed on numerous disposals in the City Fringe, NW1 and SE1 areas as well as acquiring both freehold and leasehold offices all across London, forming strong relationships with clients along the way.
