David was born and raised in Central Florida and obtained a degree from Indian River State College. His focus and specialty are in Warehouse and Industrial commercial sales and leasing while exploring other Commercial Real Estate Sectors. In the near future, David will be obtaining his Broker License and will continue to seek certifications like CCIM. Prior to his Real Estate career, David had spent the last 10 years in Hospitality Management working with companies like Disney and Chick-fil-A while focused on establishing positive relationships with businesses in the local community. David and his wife also have two beautiful daughters who are the joy of his life.
