Dave is a lifelong resident of the Mankato area. He has been a business owner since 1999 at Stoufer’s Auto, Trailer, Golf Car Sales of Madison Lake.
Dave’s interest in real estate started at a young age when his parents introduced him to the concept of flipping homes. Dave and his real estate partner Tana have continued the tradition and have bought and sold several of their own homes as well as owning several rental properties. A longtime real estate enthusiast, Dave monitored new listings for years prior to becoming a licensed agent.
In Dave’s spare time he enjoys snowmobiling, spending time on the pontoon at his cabin, biking, and catching up with the three grown daughters he shares with Tana. For many years, Dave has been involved in the planning and execution of the Paddlefish Days Celebration and additional community-oriented fundraising activities in the greater Mankato area.
