David Stremler serves as an associate with Newmark Knight Frank's industrial team in Chicago, where he works alongside Executive Managing Director Brian Carroll, Senior Managing Director Corey Chase and Managing Director Tom Gath. Mr. Stremler provides customized real estate services for industrial clients in the Chicago and Chicago O'Hare submarkets. He is currently responsible for business development, project support, analytics and strategic solutions.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank in 2017, Mr. Stremler was a commercial property manager for a small firm based in Wheaton, Illinois, where he managed the reporting and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of mid-level class assets for private investors.
Mr. Stremler received a bachelor's degree in business from Calvin College, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
