David Tricarico is an Executive Vice President in Colliers International’s New York office. He focuses on tenant and owner representation across the five boroughs of New York City and Nationally. Advising tenants, he assists in developing and executing real estate strategies in one of the most competitive markets in the world. Owners and investors benefit from his creative and analytical approach for asset positioning, repositioning, acquisition, and disposition. He joined Colliers in 2017
David Tricarico has more than 20 years of retail experience in the New York market. He co-leads and is co-founder of New York Colliers Retail Group. He has advised institutional owners and prolific developers including Harbor Group, CIM, Union Investment Real Estate, Durst Organization, New York University, China Construction, The Moinian Group, Magnum Real Estate Group, Cape Advisors, Jamestown LP, UDR, Inc., Rose Associates, Union Investment Real Estate, Beacon Capital, ASB, CBS Corporation and Verizon. For tenants, Mr. Tricarico has secured flagship locations in connection with national expansions for Canada Goose Wise Elk Inglot Cosmetics, Cinepolis Theaters, City Acres and has advised for JPMorgan Chase, ING Direct, the MTA, Unilever, and Verizon.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Tricarico spent 11 years on Cushman & Wakefield’s New York retail team. Before that, he spent two years with The Staubach Company and three years at Garrick-Aug.
Mr. Tricarico is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and a member and past secretary for the Membership Committee of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association (YMWREA).
He earned a Bachelor of Science from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
