David is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of long-term business plans for an open-air center portfolio in Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont and Virginia.
David has more than 20 years of experience working in the shopping center industry. He earned a B.B.A. from Temple University. Prior to 2012, David served as Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Region and as Vice President, Leasing, Northeast Region of New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Inc., a predecessor of Brixmor.
