History
David began in Commercial Real Estate in 1986 as property manager of 1,200 apartment units, eventually assuming responsibility for Asset Management & Marketing for over 5,600 units in Northern California as Sr. Vice President. A graduate of Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, Dave holds Real Estate Licenses in Arizona and California. He attained the prestigious CCIM designation in 1999, and has been involved in Rotary, Non-Profit Housing Coalitions, and serves on the Boards of Directors for numerous local non-profit businesses.
